All Directors and Associates have all previously worked within their discipline in a statutory utility environment and are conversant with past and current policies which allow us to have dialogue with utility companies of a nature that would not be possible if we did not have this in depth understanding and background within our industry.

The UK utility connections market has in recent years undergone significant change, resulting in a confusing, complex series of procedures to obtain new connections, alterations or diversions. New connections (electricity, gas, water and telecom), no longer have to be connected by the individual local utility companies. This change has in a lot of cases caused more confusion for those wanting to procure new services into a development. We have excellent and professional relationships with statutory bodies and Lloyds accredited contractors. Our aim is to always add value engineering to schemes that we are associated with.
