Feasibility studies/site investigations
Prior to land purchase a site investigation to identify utility locality and provision to the development needs to be undertaken as this can have a major influence on the feasibility of a development. Where land has been purchased and prior to works commencing on site there is, under CDM Regulations, a requirement to ascertain relevant existing utility information. The information that we would provide will give you the comfort of knowing that the land can be serviced by a recognised utility provider and that there are no onerous diversions/ reinforcements that need to be considered and undertaken.
